Description:

Made with early-harvested moscato and blended with citrus-forward vermentino, we’ve created a white wine that has all the aroma you expect from a moscato without being overpowering in taste.

Bright, fresh acidity and aromas of orange blossom peaches, and honeysuckle , with nectarine, grapefruit, and lingering fresh-cut grass taste.

Recommended Pairings:

A great aperitivo wine that does well as a standalone and also pairs with light dishes, fresh cheeses, shellfish, lobster, shrimp and crab, and just about any kind of Asian food.

In the Cellar:

Macerated for 10 days, then pressed and fermented in fiberglass tanks until bottling in March.

About Bianco Lilli Special Edition:

We initially planned to use the moscato grapes to blend for our pet nat but weather conditions convinced us that these grapes needed to come in early.

After the fermentation finished, it was clear that this wasn’t what we were looking for for our pet nat but would be a wonderful limited edition wine blended with the extra Vermentino.

It also gave us the opportunity to name a wine after our winemaker’s grandmother, Lilli Cerasoli, who passed away in early 2022.

The label is inspired by Lilli’s bright and playful personality and her career as a model and actress in the 1950s and 60s.
