Extra Virgin Olive Oil
OrganicOlives, like grapes, are cultivated without the use of herbicides, fertilizers and chemical treatments and behind every bottle of oil there is a long and meticulous work of a whole year. The whole farm area is under Organic Farming, as certified by the certification body BioAgriCert.
The harvest starts around the second week of October, when the first signs of veraison begin to appear.
The olives are placed, without leaves, in plastic boxes and taken to the mill where, in accordance with tradition, cold pressing is performed within six hours of harvesting in order to obtain a high quality product.
